This role is crucial for ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of fire suppression systems within commercial kitchens. This includes installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of pre-engineered kitchen fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting systems.
Job Duties:
- Inspect and install fire extinguishers, fire protection equipment, and exit/ emergency lighting.
- Inspect, service, install kitchen hood suppression systems.
- Test and repair existing fire suppression systems.
- Perform inspections to ensure fire suppression systems are installed correctly.
- Complete inspection reports and document any issues.
- Present products to customers and identify positive features and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition.
- Process work orders and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.

- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace.

- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record that meets company requirements.

- Must possess strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills.

- Aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach); customer focused.
- Ability to work a full time schedule.
Physical Requirements & Exposures:
- Must be willing to work outdoors in inclement weather.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
- Must be able to carry 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be able to push greater than 50 pounds as needed.
- Must be able to pull greater than 50 pounds as needed.
- Must be able to safely climb a ladder and reach a height of at least 12 ft.
- Candidates must successfully complete an employment background screening and MVR.
Compensation:
Potential total compensation for the first year is $45,000 to $75,000, with the potential for top performers to earn more.
