To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience preferred.     
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess strong computer skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office products.

What You'll Do:

  • Support successful operations consistent with Integrity Fire policies, programs, procedures, systems and guidelines.
  • Prioritize calls based on severity and availability of appropriate technician.
  • Create and manage jobs in ServiceTrade.     
  • Communicate schedule with customer and keep customer informed of actions taken.
  • Inform General Manager of work progress, customer relations, field personnel relations, material administration and other matters affecting service operations.
  • Audit service reports weekly in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.    

Job Type: Full-time

Rate: $20.00 - $30.00 (or more DOE) per hour
