Integrity Fire Safety Services is seeking energetic, sales-minded individuals of all experience levels to join our fast growing company as a Service Sales Account Executive in & around Denver, Colorado. The primary focus of the Service Sales Account Executive is to secure testing, inspection and preventative maintenance services with Property Managers, Building Engineers, Facility and Maintenance Supervisors for commercial, multi-family, medical, government and other various building types.


Proper account management and on-boarding is key to success in this role. The happier the accounts, the more referrals and commissions you’ll earn. Your success with Integrity Fire Safety Services will be supplemented with guidance from our experienced Director of Service Sales. In addition, you will have access to top industry professionals to help you educate customers and successfully sell testing and inspection services.

Your day to day schedule will involve: generating new sales within a territory, creating leads, making calls, setting appointments, building and managing relationships, networking, identifying opportunities, sending quotes, asking for business and successfully on-boarding new clients with our operations team.


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

  • Dedicated to being a key contributor to our company’s growth.
  • Willingness to make calls (including cold-calling), follow up emails and schedule appointments to create new relationships that will grow your book of business.
  • Engage with Property Managers, Building Engineers, Facility and Maintenance Supervisors to service their portfolio.
  • Follow up with potential prospects that are willing to discuss their testing, inspection and preventative maintenance needs and convert them into ongoing, profitable and satisfied customers.
  • Manage each step of the sales process: identify prospective customers, solicit testing and inspection services, solicit preventative maintenance services, negotiate rates, document key aspects of the property and its systems, and communicate with customers as you hand off services to the scheduling and operations team members.
  • Successfully navigate and use Integrity Fire’s web-based quoting and CRM systems.
  • Continue to develop existing customer accounts while constantly looking for new customer opportunities.

WHAT WE OFFER:

As a non-exempt full-time employee, you will receive a competitive base salary, a comprehensive benefits package and no cap on monthly sales bonuses! A successful 1st year Service Sales Account Executive earns $75,000+ in total annual compensation and a highly successful Service Sales Account Executive can earn a six figure income. 

Once you develop your own customer base and manage your own book of business, your earnings potential is limitless.
